Michael Easterling

Managing Director

Michael Easterling is the Managing Director of MCCNY Charities. He has been with the charities for over 7 years. In this role, he oversees all food pantry and homeless youth services. He is responsible for creating and managing all programming, food delivery coordination, and partnerships. Finally, he manages communications for the charities, including events and digital media.

Kaliah Hayes

Food Pantry Manager

Kaliah is the Food Pantry Manager, and has been with MCCNY Charities for a little under a year.  Kaliah oversees our daily lunch and weekly grocery distributions. In this role, she prepares lunch meals, organizes and stores food donations and distributes food to clients. She also is responsible for overseeing volunteers at the pantry.

Valentina Mota

Development & Programming Associate

Valentina Mota is the Development & Programming Associate and has been with MCCNY Charities for over a year. Valentina is responsible for writing and submitting grants and managing corporate and personal giving. Valentina also manages housing numbers for the shelter. They also assist with our clothing closet and food pantry distribution.

LaDedra Brown

HYS Programs Manager, 14 years

Deidre is our Homeless Youth Services Manager and has been with MCCNY Charities for over 14 years. In this role, Deidre oversees all homeless youth service programs. She is a case manager and also oversees drop-in services.
